The Dervish Auto Repairs Membership Programme aims to enhance customer satisfaction and provide tangible benefits to our valued clients. By offering tier-based membership options, bonus rewards, and flexible usage of accumulated payments, we believe this programme will foster long-term relationships with our customers while alleviating some of the financial burdens associated with vehicle servicing.
So how does it work?
Once you have signed up to your preferred membership amount, you will pay the monthly amount for the year - now when you come in to service, the amount you have accumulated will go towards your service (usually it pays off your whole service!).

The inclusions of each membership is stated on their own page. This membership is per vehicle, and is transferable to another vehicle if you sell yours - or you can sell it with the car for the new owner.
The amount accumulated, will be discounted off your bill when you come to service your vehicle with us. There is a high rate of our clients not paying anything extra and this is down to the quick action of the car issues being diagnosed with the free diagnostic service that you receive with the membership package.
The membership is a 12 month membership, however we do not charge any cancellation fees - but will charge for any additional member benefits that you have received over a shorter time frame.
The membership has been introduced to Dervish Auto Repairs, in an attempt to continue to provide outstanding services to the locals and keeping it budget friendly.
Absolutely. You can go up or down - all accumulated funds will still go towards your service fee.
We welcome businesses! The membership is per vehicle - so if you have a fleet of vehicles, sometimes it works out more budget friendly and your employees will be encouraged to use the free diagnostics should they encounter any issues!
This is a new service we are providing our VIP customers. It's a service that if you have any general questions about your vehicle, or you need advice, you just send us a text and we will help. This is a great service for anyone who is new to driving, or has a new car and isn't really sure what is what just yet.
